Cookie & device storage policy

What this site stores, why it is used, and how to remove it.

Updated 18 September 2026

Current storage

This website currently makes no advertising or analytics requests and sets no application cookies. It uses browser storage to provide the diagnostic features you request. Cookies and browser storage are different technologies, but both can be covered by storage and access rules.

Storage keyPurposeDuration
ct:session:v2Session storage: current console, answers, notes and case details.Until cleared or the tab session ends; browser session restore can extend this.
ct:cases:v2Local storage: up to 30 cases you explicitly save on this device.Until you delete a case or clear site data.

These functions are used to provide the session or saving feature you request, rather than advertising or cross-site tracking. Guides can be read without starting a diagnosis. If browser storage is blocked, download your report to preserve it.

Managing or deleting data

On the report page, select “Clear current session” to remove the active diagnosis. Open Saved cases to delete an individual case. Browser privacy settings can remove all data for this site. Downloaded reports and printed copies are unaffected.

Advertising choices

No advertising consent is collected while ads are disabled. If advertising is activated, a certified consent message will provide the applicable choices and information about vendors and purposes. You will be able to revisit those choices using the footer control. Declining optional advertising consent will not prevent you from using the guides or diagnostic tool.
